Project overview
La Consignerie is a web platform for ordering eco-friendly food services in the workplace — breakfast, snacks, cocktail dinners, and more. The goal was to digitize a complex ordering process that includes formulas, options, multiple delivery addresses, and logistics preferences, while keeping the UX smooth and user-friendly.
Each order had to be highly customizable, allowing companies to manage events with ease, track their carbon footprint, and create better habits through simple, guided steps.
Project execution
Users can create an event, pick a formula (e.g. breakfast), then customize it with add-ons like drinks, staff, furniture, and logistics options (setup time, delivery windows, equipment pickup preferences, etc.).
The interface also includes a personalized dashboard, showing past orders and the positive impact generated (CO2 saved, waste avoided, local purchases). The system supports multi-address delivery, custom recurrence, and full control over the event flow — from participants to pricing and time slots.
Project results
The result is a clean, intuitive SaaS used by companies to organize office events quickly and with full flexibility. Ordering takes just a few clicks, but gives users precise control over logistics and preferences.
Thanks to the guided process and detailed impact tracking, the client improved retention and now offers a fully autonomous platform aligned with its zero-waste values. The UX is simple, mobile-friendly, and optimized for recurring use.
