Project overview
EZ Rent is a fictional peer-to-peer vehicle rental platform, designed and developed as a portfolio project to showcase my ability to build complex, real-world SaaS solutions. The concept: connect car owners with renters through a seamless and secure web experience.
The platform allows owners to manage their cars, pricing, and availability, while renters can browse, book, and upload required documents—all in a smooth and modern interface.
Project execution
Developed with WeWeb and Xano, this portfolio project includes two user roles: renters and owners. Owners can list vehicles, set pricing, manage bookings, and receive automated Stripe payouts. They also have access to PDF invoices, payout logs, and stat dashboards to track income and performance.
Renters can book cars by uploading their documents and selecting time slots. The platform was designed to reflect real business logic, with an emphasis on UX clarity and workflow automation.
Project results
While fictional, the platform was built with production-level standards and reflects the typical needs of a live rental marketplace. It handles real user flows like booking, payments, file uploads, and dashboard visibility.
This project demonstrates my ability to structure and build an entire multi-role platform from scratch, using modern tools and real-world logic.
